Salvador – Sixth Session
Very exciting today…………Salvador went to the toilet outside! This may not sound very exciting but it is quite a big deal for such a nervous dog. He has also started to take food out of my hand, he’s still not sure but he will do it. He will also allow me to touch him although he is not completely comfortable with this.
I am waiting at the moment to find out the status of his adoption. He is supposed to be reserved for a home but has been on the list for quite a while. In my opinion he really needs to be re-homed as soon as possible as the environment in the shelter is not helping him at all.
I will work with anyone who takes him to help him regain his confidence.
